Small house in Bonnevoie. Work in Progress Part 1

As the house was in a very bad condition the owner decided to do a complete gutting of the building.

New concrete flooring and fundaments had to be made to ensure the stabilisation of the protected facade.

The project included an addition of a rear annex on two floors which was quite a challenge since the heavy rain during the project had weakened the adjacent terrain.
